If you have received a faulty product, please contact us so that we can make it right.
We offer a refund for change of mind purchases, if a refund is requested within 30 days of receipt of goods. Product must be unused and returned in original packaging and brand new condition.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the items being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of Go Ecoway. Please contact us to make a claim for refund or replacement.
All claims are individually assessed and approved returns are credited back to the original method of payment.
